RavenShadow and Jaoura fall in love in Big Prints, but in a funny way. it start off when Jaoura is crying by a river bank, "what have i become!" he looked at his ugly reflection in the still water, "why have i done this? what have i made of my life? what happened to the sweet fresh grass i once knew and my litter mates? i don't even know who they are!" he bowed his head in shame and disgust.
*snap* "whose there?" said Jaoura with a threatening glare.
"only a wolf which was going through the same thing two years ago. what did happen to you?" Jaoura snarled bring back his lips to show his teeth and the (will be shown later)'s jaw, "why do you care? you don't even know me!"
"ahhh, well i have seen you before. doing what you do now. question yourself."
Jaoura roared in fury and charge at full speed. but the mysterious wolf was fast too, it pelted away and dissolved into the forest leaving a smell of oak wood and... it couldn't? a Myriff? they never helped a wolf before? thought Jaoura, are the animals of Esthra joining and forming an army? "no," said Jaoura, "the Myriffs made a vow only to help a Guardian wolf of the chosen." and with that he walked slowly back to Ribalth to train the Rim Graids.
"i don't know!" yelled RavenShadow at BlueFang a hour later, "and i don't care! will you stop stepping on my tail!" "but i need to know Raven! i have to! will you stop being a stubborn fur ball! i need to know who this wolf is, he could be part of the promise!" BlueFang yelled back at the slender black wolf. but all Raven did was glare, "fine! don't tell me your to stubborn for your own good!" shouted BlueFang. she turned and raced down the hill and leaped over the creek and into the forest. "blah, blah! sheesh! when did you forget about that muzzle you should have brought!"said RavenShadow, making a face. "i won't tell her any thing more of my little encounters."
"Sir i truly think.." "NO!!!!!!!" yelled Eos interrupting, " the animals of Esthra know that i will kill them if they go against me. how dare you think differently!" he lunged at Jaoura tearing his ear. "i rule Esthra, Esthra is MINE!!!" shaking, Jaoura replied, "of course, you are truly the King and Lord of Esthra."
so basically...
Jaoura is in a place were he cant have his own decisions and his own life is held in the paw of Eos. but that changes when he met Raven. Jaoura and RavenShadow keep meeting and after he chased, yelled, trapped, scared Raven he soon learn that he cared for her and started to understand that he loves her too. this is much later in the story.
"Hey Raven?"
"Yeah?" said Raven curled up against Jaoura on one windy evening. the sun was setting in the west and the birds were chirping song of spirit. "i don't know if you know this but," Jaoura bent his head down to look at the startling green eyes blazing up at him. "i.. i love you." Raven perked her ears and grinned, "are you teasing me again?" Jaoura smiled back care and love shining with his face in the evening light. "you are my moon and stars Raven. i.. i am happy now. i have never been happy in my life like this. i feel like i could climb clouds and ride... ride Myriffs even!" RavenShadow licked his fake jaw and said, "no Jaoura, your my Moon and stars"
*blows a tissue* so he loves and learns the good of The Riser and becomes a good wolf. the wolf he dreamed to be. i hope this wasn't to romantic and weird. i think it is sweet. Raig
